Our Director

Debra Rogers

Ms. Debra has become the new Director for See Um Smile Playhouse. Debra grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. While in college, Debra worked at a preschool for several years, discovering that she had a passion for working with children. She then went on to get her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M Kingsville University. Debra has had experience working with all early childcare age groups, is First Aid and CPR certified, and has also completed training in early childhood education.

You'll find Debra playing beach volleyball or reading a book in her spare time. Debra also enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and traveling.
