See Um Smile Playhouse participates in the USDA food program which ensures your child will receive nutritious meals that are low in sugar and high in fiber every day. The food is not only healthy but good. You might be surprised by the food your little one eats! We serve home cooked meals, not the typical chicken nuggets and frozen foods you find at other childcare centers. We provide a morning snack/breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. We also have small snack bags that kids can pick up at the end of the day for the trip home.

At See Um Smile Playhouse we provide a safe and secure environment for learning. Each family has a unique code that permits entry into our facility. We provide developmentally appropriate toys and activities for each classroom and a portion of the toys are rotated on a monthly basis to keep activities new and exciting. Children will develop fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills, and gain academic knowledge in various ways. Children participate in circle time, art, center play, outside play, and free play daily. In some classes, children may engage in yoga and music, and movement. We have a library stocked with books, puppets, musical instruments, and other resources for our children and teachers to utilize. Our playground has a large sandbox where children "play” while developing fine motor skills by sifting and pouring sand. Our outdoor play area also includes an outdoor chalkboard, music and tube wall, outdoor kitchen, playhouses, ride-on toys, water tables, and more. Your child is guaranteed to have fun while playing, learning, and reaching developmental milestones!
See Um Smile Playhouse staff is CPR and first aid certified. All staff complete 20 hours or more of training in early childhood education annually. Click here to meet our staff.
